Shipping

Please kindly ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are unable to make any changes to your order and shipping information once your order has been placed.

We take a little more time to prepare each parcel with care. Your order will usually be ready for shipping within 3 - 5 working days. 

LINGERIE

Every SUSY + BAE lingerie order is shipped in our travel pouch. If you’d like to request for more travel pouches, please let us know in the ‘Order Notes’ section. We’ll be happy to send them to you, up to the number of pieces in your order.

Gift wrapping

We offer complimentary gift wrapping for lingerie purchases so you can choose to have your order shipped gift wrapped in our gift box complete with a travel pouch. Please indicate your preference for gift wrapping in the ‘Order Notes’ section. Gift boxes are limited to 1 per order.

Every Moments In Bloom piece is shipped with a 100% cotton dust bag.

Singapore Delivery

Delivery is complimentary for Singapore orders. Please leave a note in your order if you have any special instructions.

International Delivery

International delivery generally takes between 2 - 8 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be shared with you via email. Shipping costs will be reflected at checkout after entering your shipping country. Enjoy complimentary shipping on your order with a minimum spend. Orders are shipped via DHL Express. We do not ship to third-party forwarders or parcel forwarding addresses. Orders placed using a third-party forwarding address will be cancelled. 

Shipping to the U.S.

Due to recent changes to U.S. import regulations and the removal of the tax de minimis exemption, all US orders are now subject to import tax and duty. We will be shipping all U.S. orders via DHL Express on a Delivery Duty Pre-Paid (DDP) basis. A flat shipping fee of USD 30 will apply, and we will cover all import taxes and duties on your behalf.

This arrangement may change as we continue to review the new regulations and explore alternatives.

International customers, excluding the U.S., are responsible for any customs duties. For more details on customs duties, please check with your local customs office.
