Every SUSY + BAE lingerie order is shipped in our travel pouch. If you’d like to request for more travel pouches, please let us know in the ‘Order Notes’ section. We’ll be happy to send them to you, up to the number of pieces in your order. 

Gift wrapping

We offer complimentary gift wrapping for lingerie purchases so you can choose to have your order shipped gift wrapped in our gift box complete with a travel pouch. Please indicate your preference for gift wrapping in the ‘Order Notes’ section. Gift boxes are limited to 1 per order.

International Delivery

International delivery generally takes between 2 - 8 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be shared with you via email. Shipping costs will be reflected at checkout after entering your shipping country. Enjoy complimentary shipping on your order with a minimum spend.

Shipping to the U.S.

Due to recent changes to U.S. import regulations and the removal of the tax de minimis exemption, all US orders are now subject to import tax and duty. We will be shipping all U.S. orders via DHL Express on a Delivery Duty Pre-Paid (DDP) basis. A flat shipping fee of SGD 50 will apply, and we will cover all import taxes and duties on your behalf.

This arrangement may change as we continue to review the new regulations and explore alternatives.

International customers (excluding the U.S.) are responsible for any custom duties. For more details on customs duties, please check with your local customs office.
