We welcome exchanges and returns on your orders if the fit or style is not right. Please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel to make an exchange or return. Requests for exchanges or returns will be declined after this period.
In order to protect the personal hygiene of all our customers, lingerie bottoms cannot be exchanged or returned. Pieces should be returned unworn, unwashed and in a saleable condition with all tags in place and in its accompanying packaging. We reserve the right to reject items that do not meet our exchange and returns policy. All postal fees, custom duties and taxes will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a postal service with tracking as any parcel lost in transit will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns on sale items.
Start your exchange process by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the size or style you would like to make an exchange for. This helps us to check if the piece you would like to exchange to is still available. A reservation of your desired item will be made while we wait for your exchange parcel to reach us. We will process all exchange parcels within 5 working days upon receiving them. For exchanges within Singapore, your parcel will be sent to you through our dedicated courier partners with a fee of $3.50. For international customers, the postage fee varies depending on location. Exchanges can be made one time.
To register a return, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for returning. There will be a $10 processing fee for all returns. Once the return parcel has been received, a refund will be made to your original mode of payment, less the $10 processing fee.
