All requests for exchanges or returns, must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests for exchanges or returns, will be declined after this period.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site to be error-free. Minor variations in measurements (within 1.5 inch) and texture / print inconsistencies of the fabric are not considered a defect. All descriptions of products or product images are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

Orders may be placed by completing and submitting the order form on the Site. You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders. All orders will be deemed to be irrevocable and unconditional upon transmission through the Site, and we shall be entitled, but not obliged, to process such order(s) without your further consent and any further reference or notice to you. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Each SUSY + BAE order (lingerie) is dispatched in 1 satin travel bag. If a request for "Gift Wrap" is made, the order will be dispatched in a gift box, which includes a satin travel bag. Requests for additional satin travel bags (up to the number of pieces in each order) must be made at the point of checkout. Requests made after this will be declined. Gift boxes are limited to 1 per order. Each Singapore order is entitled to complimentary shipping to a single address only. 

The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to you on or through this Website remains the property of SUSY + BAE and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by SUSY + BAE. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use.
