SUSY + BAE is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. If the size is not right, we would gladly exchange your purchase for a different size. Please contact us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your parcel to make an exchange. Requests for exchanges will be declined after this period.
In order to protect the personal hygiene of all our customers, bottoms cannot be exchanged. Pieces should be return unworn and packaged as per the original order with all tags in place. We will not accept exchange of items that have been worn, washed or damaged.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges on sales items.
Our returns policy extends to defective pieces only. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org upon receiving your parcel so that we can work on replacing your purchase. A refund will be made if we are unable to replace your piece. Every piece is checked thoroughly before they are delicately packaged, so we apologise for the rare event where your order is found to have a defect.
