SUSY + BAE is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. If the size is not right, we would gladly exchange your purchase for a different size. Please contact us at within 5 days of receiving your parcel to make an exchange. Requests for exchanges will be declined after this period.

In order to protect the personal hygiene of all our customers, bottoms cannot be exchanged. Pieces should be returned unworn, with all tags in place and in its accompanying satin travel pouch packaging. We will not accept exchange of items that have been worn, washed or damaged. All postal fees, custom duties and taxes will be borne by the customer. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items and orders placed with discount codes.

Start your exchange process by sending us an email. This helps us to check if the piece you would like to exchange to is still available. A reservation of your desired item will be made while we wait for your exchange parcel to reach us. We will process all exchange parcels within 7 working days upon receiving them. Your parcel will be sent to you through our dedicated courier partners with a fee of $3.50.


Our returns policy extends to defective pieces only. Please contact us at within 5 days of receiving your parcel so we can work on replacing your purchase. Requests for returns will be declined after this period. A refund will be made if we are unable to replace your piece. Every piece is checked thoroughly before they are delicately packaged, so we apologise for the rare event where your order is found to have a defect.
