All orders are processed within 1 – 3 working days and delivery duration is dependent on your location.
Parcels in Singapore are generally delivered within 2 – 5 working days and international orders have an estimated delivery duration of 4 – 16 working days.
We use SingPost to deliver our parcels and postage is calculated based on a flat rate.
We currently offer 2 modes of mailing:
SingPost Registered Mail (highly recommended) – $3.50
Registered parcels are trackable at singpost.com and will take 2 – 5 working days to reach you. All registered parcels will be delivered to your doorstep and requires a signature. We highly recommend using Registered Mail so that you can track your delivery status.
SingPost Normal Mail – $1.20
Normal mail parcels are not trackable and will take approximately 3 – 5 working days to reach you. As parcels mailed via normal mail are not trackable, we will not be liable if they are lost during transit to you. We recommend all customers to opt for registered mail to prevent any lost parcels.
We only offer registered mailing for international parcels and we ship worldwide:

Registered air mail is trackable at singpost.com and will take between 4 – 16 working days to reach you.
International Mailing Fees (Flat Rate)
Malaysia and Brunei: $6 SGD
Japan, Australia and New Zealand: $12 SGD
US: $15 SGD
Europe: $15 SGD
Everywhere Else: $15 SGD

Free international shipping applies for orders above $120 SGD.
All international customers are responsible for any custom duties. For more details on customs duties, please check with your local customs office.
We only accept returns for products that are defective. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the defect(s) so that we can work on replacing your piece. A refund will be made only if we are unable to provide an exchange due to stock availability. Every piece is checked thoroughly before they are delicately packaged, so we apologise for the rare event where your order is found to have a defect.
If you would like to exchange your piece for another size, please contact us at email@example.com. We’ll be glad to assist you in finding a better fit for you! Sets are not applicable for exchanges. Exchange parcels will need to be sent back to us via registered mail which will be fully borne by the customer.
All requests for returns or exchanges must be made and sent back to SUSY + BAE within 5 days of receiving your parcel. Requests will be duly declined after the stipulated time frame. All items must be in their original, unused and unwashed condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for underwear.
